When customer has made payment for the ordered product but order has yet to be approved, order cancellation option is available for customer and refund will be made within 3 working days upon confirmation. If customer received damaged/defective/incorrect products, a request can be raised via email with incident description, product photo and order invoice attached. Respective response will be made in either sending a new replaced item or other actions that feel appropriate by Klang Frozen Centre upon confirmation. Goods or products that has been used or damaged by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.
